From the farmer's market:

If you bought your microgreens from a farmers market, most likely they are in our reusable market bags. In this case take them out of the bag and place them into a container of their own. We like glass containers for this. Make sure to add the towel provided in the bag.

*Wash your bag to bring back to the market for more microgreens.

Place the container in the bottom of your fridge, or even in a crisper drawer.

*Wash only what you are using, not all of the greens at once.

Replace the towel after 3-4 days if you haven’t finished your microgreens.

From the grocery store:

If you bought our microgreens from a grocery store here in the valley, you most likely have a plastic container. Place the container in the bottom of your fridge, or even in a crisper drawer.

*Wash only what you are using, not all of the greens at once.

Replace the towel after 3-4 days if you haven’t finished your microgreens.

When you are finished with your greens, the towel and any microgreens that remain uneaten may be composted. Remove as much of the label as possible and drop the container in your recycle bin.
